Story & theme | Inspired by the The Illiad, this title in the Total War series brings us to the heart of the Trojan War.For the most time it’s just war sounds that you will hear, this is completed with some fine sound effects such as the sound of the wind or people engaging into combat. When you are in a campaign there isn’t really a track or something like that playing in the background. It’s a very recognizable voice since it has been in many Total War games, but it keeps suprising me how it can give the story another layer.

Even when you are playing in a campaign, a voice is there to guide you on your mission to defeat the enemy. Alongside some beautiful graphics, the story that gets told when you launch the game and a campaign.

Sound | Another great aspect that comes back in A Total War Saga: Troy is the sound, and then in particular the voice acting.

As always, the combat system doesn’t change much in this Total War series, but again we can say they succeeded in delivering everything beautifully to your screen. As you engage in battle against enemy troops, the game also offers these steady and good looking graphics. The game runs smoothly when you are playing through the campaign and as you progress further in the game, everything is still looking lovely. The game looks sharp and the unique units that A Total War Saga: Troy offers are very detailed.
